With this meticulous approach, our winemaker is able to consistently craft the Blackstone style of bright fruit aromas, silky texture, and smooth, fruit-forward wine. Our chardonnay shows luscious peach and lemon flavors with floral notes and toasted vanilla. Pairings include roasted chicken with white truffle risotto.
